There are a number of states trying to ban or limit abortion in 2017. Here is the rundown.

Since January of 2017 the following states introduced legislation to ban ALL abortions:
Colorado, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.

The following states introduced legislation to ban abortions after six (6) weeks:
Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee and West Virginia.

And 14 states introduced legislation to ban a common and safe method for 2nd trimester abortions:
Arkansas, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota and Texas.

The 2017–2018 docket for the U.S. Supreme Court includes 15 cases related to abortion. Given the makeup of the current court, it could certainly be possible that Roe will be overturned and abortion laws will revert to the states. WRRAP needs your help more than ever.
