Shipping
WRRAP ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 24–48 hours to process once we receive your payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you to track your package to the email address you provide.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving the order. All returns must be received within 10 days in order to receive a full refund. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by WRRAP or damaged. With any damaged item, please take a photo of the item to provide. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable. To request a return authorization, please email: info@wrrap.org with your name, order number, name of the product, and reason for your return. Upon review our customer service desk will respond with your authorization. Thank you.
