Here's a list of abortion funds
These organizations can provide financial assistance and support your logistical needs as you arrange for your abortion. There may be more than one local, multi-state or national abortion fund that can help you, and you may need to combine resources.
1. First, make a clinic appointment and call your insurance before searching for funding.
Follow the steps on this page before searching for funding. Specifically, you’ll want to: make an appointment at a clinic provider, call your insurance or check Medicaid to see if they cover abortion and what clinics are in-network, and add up how much of the cost you can cover on your own.
2. Search the list below to find funds to help you cover the costs.
To maximize your funding sources, search both your home state and the state where your clinic appointment will be (if they are not the same). Organizations listed here are local, multi-state and nationwide funds. All may apply to you.
3. Read instructions and contact lots of funds.
Before reaching out, read the instructions on each fund’s page to find out if you qualify and how to apply. Then contact as many funds as possible. More than one may be able to help, and combining multiple sources is common. In addition to abortion costs, funds may also help with transportation and childcare expenses.
