Lisa Berger is an attorney, recently retired after thirty-two years with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, where she practiced primarily appellate law. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of California at Los Angeles, and her law degree at the University of San Diego. Lisa is a former member of the Planned Parenthood of Pasadena Board of Directors. She became involved in the issue of reproductive rights through the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. That organization’s Reproductive Rights Committee, which she co-chaired for two years, introduced her to Joyce Schorr and WRRAP. Lisa Berger was invited to join WRRAP’s board in 1993, and she currently serves as Vice-President and Secretary.
